Dr. Miguel Ramos Jr., MD, PhD, FPCP, FPCGM, MHM

Dr. Miguel A. Ramos Jr.,  Founder & CEO of the Ramos Group, is a pioneer in Geriatric Medicine in the Philippines with an extensive career dedicated to advancing elder care. He served as Director of the Geriatrics Department at St. Luke’s Medical Center for 15 years, and has been a trusted consultant to the Asian Development Bank, Unilab, and the Department of Health.

He is the Founder of La Verna Aged Care, and currently, he leads the National Center for Geriatrics Health in Malacañang, cementing his legacy as one of the nation’s foremost authorities and advocates for elderly health and wellness.

Atty. Christine Base

Atty. Christine P. Base, Corporate Secretary of KMVAsia Development Corp. and Kalma Care Inc., plays a key role in ensuring the companies remain on track with their governance and IPO Readiness.

A graduate of De La Salle University and Ateneo de Manila Law School, she currently serves as Lead Independent Director of Italpinas Development Corporation and has part on board committees including Audit, Risk Oversight, and Related Party Transactions at Anchor Land Holdings, Inc.

With her strong background in securities regulation and corporate governance, she provides the legal foundation and guidance necessary to support KMVAsia’s growth and expansion into public markets.

Terence Jabatan

As Director for External Affairs, Terence builds and strengthens Kalma Villas’ relationships with partners, stakeholders, and the wider community. With his expertise in outreach and engagement, he ensures that Kalma’s vision of world-class senior care is shared, supported, and brought to life through meaningful collaborations.

Krista Mae Velasco, CPA, REB

Krista provides strategic oversight of the group’s financial health and investment structures.

She is a Licensed CPA and Real Estate Broker and was an Audit Senior from P&A Grant Thorton, where she experienced auditing various industries. She is currently undergoing further studies in Corporate Finance with Ateneo de Manila. With her expertise in corporate finance, she ensures disciplined fiscal management across multiple subsidiaries, including Kalma Care Inc.

Her leadership combines financial discipline with growth-oriented strategies, enabling KMVAsia to expand sustainably while meeting the complex demands of large-scale real estate, healthcare, and assisted-living projects.

Architect Kaydee Velasco

Architect Kaydee Velasco is the Group CEO of KMV Asia Development Corporation. Aside from successfully creating SMEs, she founded Kalma Care Inc to redefine senior living within a sustainable community.

She is currently taking up Masters in Entrepreneurship in Asian Institute of Management.

With years of expertise in green architecture and real estate, her award-winning leadership as Asia Leaders Awards’ Young CEO drives our vision for a caring, dignified village.
